Absolutely! There is a 1-year warranty on any parts that we order for your appliance through our manufacturers. This is why we will never order through Amazon, eBay, etc. ALL of our parts are factory parts and warrantied. Furthermore, when we perform appliance repairs, our labor is guaranteed for 90 days! If you are having the same issue within that 90 day period we will come out and resolve it for free.

There are a few things you can do before we stop by to complete appliance repairs. Make sure that you have your proof of purchase available if the appliance is under a warranty or extended warranty of any kind. Have someone over the age of 18 in the home to fill out paperwork. If, for some reason, you will not be home, be sure to talk to the office about that so we can send the paperwork over text or email. Having the area around the appliance cleared out makes the appointment go smoothly and quickly.
